Yoongi has done a lot of dotnations over the years, even before BTS were rich, and he usually donates every year on his birthday.

Curently I think the most important one was in June 2025, when he donated ₩5 billion (US$4 million) to Severance Hospital to establish a treatment center for children with autism. At the center, named the Min Yoongi Center after him, he has worked as a volunteer music instructor. With the center's director and research team, he's a co-author of MIND Program (마인드 프로그램), a clinical manual for the use of music in a social skills therapy program for children and adolescents with autism.
